Our R&D team is seeking a leader with a background in the discovery and development of small molecule chemistries for crop agriculture to play a key role in development of our novel, small molecule chemistries. The successful candidate will interact daily with a highly experienced team of R&D scientists and leaders from across the company and will be exposed to numerous facets of the crop protection industry.

Major responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership to R&D teams during the late discovery and development pipeline phases.
• Work closely with commercial leadership to define research plans aligned to product characterization, formulation, production and registration.
• Provide input to R&D and senior leadership on pipeline advancement and portfolio management decisions.

• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., chemistry, biology, agronomy, biochemistry)
