Key Qualifications

  • 1-2 years research experience working in a laboratory or greenhouse environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage work processes within the stipulated time
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a member of multidisciplinary teams
  •  Excellent written and oral communication


Our Biology team is seeking a motivated individual with a background in biology to join our fungicide discovery effort. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, as is the desire and ability to excel in a multidisciplinary environment. This person will have an opportunity to contribute to a culture that nurtures scientific excellence, a sense of urgency to achieve project success, and success built on collaboration and personal accountability.

Major responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct bioassays to test the effect of novel small molecules on important plant pathogens
  • Production and propagation of material for bioassays (e.g., plants and plant pathogens) in growth chambers, greenhouses, and the lab
  • Data capture, analysis and preparation of technical reports in compliance with standard company processes
  • Adaptability to assist across the whole Biology team as needed

The ideal candidate will have experience conducting bioassays with crop pests.


  • BS in biological sciences (e.g., Biology, Plant Science, Ecology, Agronomy, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Microbiology)
